Peter began his career in the food service industry in 1971. In 1982, he started Superior Food Brokers, Inc. catering to schools and other institutional organizations. In July of 2000, he held the position of National Sales Manager for Tabatchnick Fine Foods. In 2002 he was promoted to the position of Vice-President of Sales and Marketing.

Realizing the changes occurring in the food service industry, he left Tabatchnick Fine Foods in October 2006, to resume his position as president of Superior Food Brokers, Inc. In January, 2007, along with Paul Anthony, President of International Provisions, he created a new division of Superior Food Brokers called Superior Food Deals.

Paul began his food career in the coffee business prior to starting International Provisions in 1983. The company which markets "food deals," evolved into a provider of frozen prepared products in the metro New York area. Success was based on unparalleled service, fastidious buying, and exhaustive quality control.

Sheryl began her career as a sales representative for Rockland Meat Packers in 1988. In 1997, she joined Superior Food Brokers as our Sales Manager. In 2007, Sheryl was instrumental in establishing our new division: Superior Food Deals.
